1. Refused shipments: A $35.00 restocking fee will be charged.

2. Incorrect Addresses: If a customer has supplied an incorrect address, a $10.00 charge will be applied for address corrections. If address corrections cannot be made the the shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be treated as a "refused shipment" and the $35.00 restocking fee will apply.

3. Cancellation Policy: All orders are shipped within 48 hours and once an order has been placed no changes or cancellations can be made unless the item has been placed on back order. No call backs will be made. If you refuse the shipment, it will be treated as a "refused shipment" and the $35.00 restocking fee will apply.

4. Signature Required For Delivery: Any shipments that are lost or stolen after having been signed for upon delivery are not the responsibility of Riding For Fun.

5. Loss/Damage Insurance: A $5.00 fee will be added to your order to guarantee you a complete refund on an item lost or damaged in shipping. Please note, claims must be filed within 15 days of shipment to be valid.

6. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii: Shipments to these 2 states are done via air only. Therefore, a shipping charge will apply. Please email us at ridingforfun@comcast.net with your Zip Code and telephone number. We will then get in touch with you to inform you of your shipping charges.
